<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1157102"><b>TomR1972</b></A> : Hi Does anyone know how I can up upgrade from pro to elite when the online link doesn't recognize your account details? <br><br>I am looking at my statement and they are all listed as I type in but it will not work. <br><br>I did the test to see if I can get Elite and that worked.<br><br>I had logged into my account page through another way but the last screen before accepting my order gave me an error. <br><br>The chat help line then linked me to another login page that as I mentioned aboved doesn't recognize either my email,zip or phone.<br><br>Any help would be appreciated,I can't call today as they are closed but was hoping to have this all figured out and done before going back to work tomorrow. <br><br>Thanks,<br><br>Tom R]]></description>
