firewall blocks utterli content

WalkGood : My ISP is Verizon DSL, and I have a WESTELL VersaLink Gateway modem/router Model 327W. Firmware version VER:4.04.03.00

When I have the default firewall setting to "TYPICAL SECURITY (MEDIUM)", I cannot view any utterli content. Does not matter if it is on a blog or directly from utterli.com site. I have the latest Adobe Flash installed, and can see *any* other Flash content i.e. youtube videos, flickr.com videos etc. Does not matter what computer, OS, nor browser.

If I change firewall setting to "MINIMUM SECURITY (LOW)", then utterli works fine. However, having my modem visible to the internet at large defeats the purpose of having a firewall.

Is there some firewall setting or entry that will allow utterli content to show, while having a firewall setting of MEDIUM and not having my modem visible to the internet?

If any additional info is needed, please ask.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
