But no cable company has deployed residential FTTP, that I know of, and only Verizon's FiOS is all FTTP.
AT&T does have a rare neighborhood, or three, with FTTP; but whether their FTTP areas all have Uverse, or not, I don't know. Uverse is, mostly, like the cable HFC plant: FTTN (Fiber To The Node).
