Best solution to Eznetla's bad/rude service is go to wildblue, I did. I stayed with them for over a year and speed dropped down to 92kb before I decided to quit then it went down to 11kb. I pay more ($75), but customer service is pleasant and they will return your calls. I was down for 4 days with eznetla (called and left many messages)...and didn't know the correct way to reset receiver. Had to get someone out here from Natchitoches to help me. It is simple to do but if you're a newbie like me it isn't. In other words his customer service stinks...and speed, I don't even want to go there. I'm posting this because I think more comments need to be out there so others can make an informed decision as to which wireless isp to go with...
