I have a strange problem that has had an open ticket with RCN that they have not been able to resolve. I normally use Outlook to send and receive my RCN email, but on occasion when I am out-of-town or working from my work PC, I use Webmail. None of the email I create or forward from within the Webmail program goes any further than the Sent mail folder. Any ideas?
