one day the CrackBerry just rebooted and I find that my browser fails to work;
I get:

Can someone plese advise on how to fix this...
This was a major Verizon Network Issue that started last week and only affected certain users. As jester121 advised, you need to re-send the service books to your device. If you do not know how to do this, call Verizon at 1 800 922-0204 from a landline so they can walk you through the process. It is quick and restores the browsing immediately.
