DOCSIS 3.0 Available in Iselin, NJ Docsis 3.0 tiers | Blast! and Performance speed increase |
I can officially confirm Docsis 3.0 is available on the Union, NJ system. I can order it from the website, and the speeds have been upgraded for Blast and Performance. |

It doesn't show it for me. I talked with the live chat people and they said I would be able to order it though. And the other person above who lives in my township (served from the same headend) was able to order it.
Edit: From what I've been told, we are getting Arris Docsis 3.0 modems for NJ. |

When I try that link now, there is a rabbit video which is truly disturbing. Once I get past that, I am told the speeds are here.

Is it in Pittsburgh or not? I got conflicting info when I went to www.comcast.com/fastestfast/ First page says ""Gives us your info and we'll email you as soon as it arrives." Second page says "Thanks we'll keep you posted" Third page shows everything including all the New tiers! Such as Extreme. The other item of interest is They only mention the "Power Boosted Speed" Except for the 50Mbps package. Even when you click on "See all features" See attached screen captures Paul |

During upgrades as such, it doesn't surprise me that tools are not in sync with advertising. |

I remember back when Comcast jumped from 4Mbps to 6Mbps. Well after about 2 months I waited and called up to get the Gold plan of 8Mbps. For that $10 extra. Wanted mainly the increase in upload being I had roommates at the time. They started by saying 8Mbps wasn't in our area. They insisted I wasn't on the 6Mbps. It actaully took awhile that I was doing 6Mbps for 2 months already. Got it all done and set up. Paul |
