I think some reputable cell phone dealers will let you switch your phone for a comparable phone within 2 weeks of signing up if you really don't like it, and exchangeable for 30 days if the phone dies or has problems.. the rest is handled by mfr warranty and/or service plan. Provided you did your homework before signing on the dotted line, that makes this company's idea worthless.
