+20% increase?

My kids love Noggin too but lets Viacom eat it. This is nothing more than a negotiation tactic. Viacom must not be reading the headlines. Lets them ask for a huge increase and I hope the TWC drops Viacom. If TWC increases rates for this then watch more people dump cable in favor of other forms of entertainment. I can get most Viacom shows on Netflix anyway.
