FAQ TOC: outline method

Looking at »Verizon Online DSL FAQ
There is an extra 7.3 Email, one of which has no questions posted.

FAQ Properties doesn't give me a clue, it appears all is well.

I read a topic here »Broken TOC, extra entries that suggested a TOC entry should be number.decimal format, and that decimal can be 0. While that maintains the order, it breaks the indent pattern of primary topic and subtopics.

I tried that method for one primary topic, and found I was able to edit back to the previous version. But I'm not sure what I have learned so far will let me edit 7.3 to delete the redundant entry.

I tried to edit the questions in 7.3 to point to the *other* 7.3, but did not effect any apparent change.

Is this a system hiccup that can be fixed?

Thank you!

Bird thinks we should rename you TemporalChaos(MasterOfFixes).

He should be TemporalChaos(MasterOfFixes). He went back in time, spent days searching for the right moment to override a user entry by clicking on "System Cancel".

It just seemed like a blink of the eye to us.
But I think Justin overrode the request for long usernames, which is why it's tmpchaos.

Anyway, thanks for fixing it. It would have bugged me to no end, and I'm afraid I'd have really broken something trying to straighten it out.
