3COMCRWDR200A-75 Software Upgrading problem

i, I've downloaded the latest version for this router and unzipped it into my c:/ directory. Then using the router upgrade i get a message telling me : The file path may be wrong.???? i've pointed it to the correct file : 3CRWDR200A-75_v3.6.4_WW

anyone have a clue?
