| This little tug of war has been going on all over the country. Cable is starting to see the economic writing on the wall with putrid growth rates for video (actually, they're losing ground to satellite) and the broadcast TV groups are suffering from reduced local ad revenue and are more than a little annoyed at the cable system's antics regarding digital television. So...here we are. It's gotten so bad that the FCC has called for a quiet period freezing these battles until after February.
