Wouldn't you just love to go back to those legislators/"leaders" that took all that ATT pac money and show them what the future of their State-wide franchises now look like? They should have built-in price controls and guarantees with heavy fee penalties if ATT promises didn't come to fruition. To bad there isn't a telco-lemon law. I am mainly burned about PEG access - ATT claims they support it, but they don't because our "leaders" allowed them to create a lose-lose scenario for this most important 1st amendment forum.
