| reply to mman So, to follow up, CoxTech1 found that my modem was reporting errors and I should call tech support. I just called them and they had me run another speed test while on the phone. The lady said that my download speed was 80% of my 9Mbps download speed but not within spec of my upload speed. I scheduled a service call.
Now I have another question. I have been paying $60/mo. for the Premium package since August 2007. At the time, the speed was probably 9Mbps. The support person said I only get 9Mbps. Why should I pay $60/mo. for 9Mbps while others pay the same amount for 15Mbps? |

join:2008-05-08 | reply to mman I specifically told her I had the Premier package. I even told her it was supposed to be 12-15 (couldn't remember the exact speed at the time). She just said, "I'm looking at your account and it says 9." Guess I'll have to call back and complain. |
