Connection Lost.....

I think that this might be in the wrong but of forums but this is the closest i could find to my problem...

Ok, I TRY to play Direct IP on FIFA 09 but i connect... Then when the stadium but loads i get "Connection with other player was lost..." and i can't play online..

I think it's to do with the ports but i dont know which.

Please help! I haven't been able to play a single online match!
