virgin media over 70% packet loss

Here's the line quality test I did earlier:
»/linequality/nil/2471041

So far Virgin Media have blaimed my laptops, the anti-virus and the wireless router.
They did send an engineer out who put in a 3db attenuator and then another person sent a replacement modem, clearly theirs a major fault on the line, but they're too poor to identify it...

I did this test connected directly to the Virgin Modem
Now I just need to actually get past their ridiculously poor first line support and talk to some one with a level of intelligence..
Any suggestions.....?

Write to them, and keep writing, and keep writing...

If nothing else, you may receive a refund on your monthly.
