<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1608242"><b>freakdafunk7</b></A> : Here's the line quality test I did earlier:<br>&raquo;<A HREF="/linequality/nil/2471041">/linequality/nil/2471041</A><br><br>So far Virgin Media have blaimed my laptops, the anti-virus and the wireless router.<br>They did send an engineer out who put in a 3db attenuator and then another person sent a replacement modem, clearly theirs a major fault on the line, but they're too poor to identify it...<br><br>I did this test connected directly to the Virgin Modem<br>Now I just need to actually get past their ridiculously poor first line support and talk to some one with a level of intelligence..<br>Any suggestions.....?]]></description>
