I'm annoyed with the service and charges. I got cable and internet installed and they charged me for the first month of service at install, which was fine. I was suppose to get free install and didn't, I was charged $35. The install guy never charged me that the day they came out so when I received my bill I had a late charge. Ten days after installation, my cable stopped working because the install guy didn't registered the serial number to my account so I had to have someone come back out and install it! After that I had to call in and wait on hold for TEN MINUTES in order to get the service charge waived! Seriously, what happen to good customer service. When I called in to dispute the late charges I couldn't understand what they were talking about and didn't seem to care if I understood or not. It was all about getting me off the phoen! I'm currently looking for other internet and cable providers. |
