I have family in NM affected by this. I advised them to go to the local Comcast office yesterday and add Internet to their TV account. They picked up a modem and did a self install. I just read an email telling me that their Comcast connection is functional and also that "Quest was told to re-enable the circuits". I have no details but thought I'd add to the thread. -- "I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin."
