Re: Wired: Buffalo and Tomato. Do I need to set my IP address?

I use DD-WRT with this 2x of these Routers/Access Points without a hitch. Tomato I had issues getting it to work. DD-WRT allows you to over clock the CPU from 200mhz stock to 233Mhz stable.

In the router if it worked then something has changed on the router or in the driver on the PC. Uninstall the driver and reboot Windows if it still doesn't connect then the problem lines in the Router settings using Tomato.

I'm using a Buffalo router with Tomato firmware. When I turn off my PC and reconnect, I cannot connect to the internet. I can get to the router and Tomato says I'm not connected. Do I need to set something up in Windows/network connections or IE or Firefox about TCP/IP address? Yesterday my router stuff worked, then this morning it doesn't. I then take the router out and have no problems. But the router always seems to lose some sort of information after I turn off everything.
Do I need to set up a computer address? and where?
It's just one PC connected to the internet via a wired router.

Thanks
