2 edits		 Billing will make the changes to the speeds. Ask them to move your provisioning to the full 3Mbps speed (it's free). Once it's done, visit the Verizon Direct forum on this site and ask them for FastPath, which will cut the latency quite a bit to the first hop (expect roughly 6-7ms at optimum conditions). After, post up your new stats and we can go from there. You are running ADSL2+ on your line so that's helping it. But if anything, your attenuation is low enough that the DSL may be able to run at 7.1Mbps with FastPath, given the margins are high enough.
