There is full and detailed guide on how to set up a SSH Tunnel using a free client called Bitvise, on the Acanac Community forum:

It also explains how to configure uTorrent afterwards. I highly recommend using Bitvise over PuTTY, as Bitvise can automatically re-connect in case the server drops the connection (which happens once in a while).
