2) enter the following URL: »https://www.spotify.com/en/get-started/
3) Create your account, for UK postcode - check »www.postcodesearch.org.uk/
4) Download client, works for mac/windows and perfect under linux with wine - note: client does not seem to check ip.
Or use »www.last.fm/user/tkjunkmail .
It is free and available in US for music streaming. No proxies needed. And you can customize music however you want and it also has social sharing features.
