Its not the timing, it's the pricing

I don't see the timing being a big deal. The pricing will be though. The Xohm pricing in Baltimore makes it a fairly attractive alternative to Comcast. The 'Clear' pricing in Portland though is a lot less attractive and the plan is much more restrictive. Success will depend on which model they roll out in Chicago.
