dryloop problem

Hello,

I ordered the dryloop service from DSL Extreme a few months back. I had to leave the country for work and I could not follow up on this. I am now back and my dryloop service is not connected. I looked at my NID and I see no wires labeled dryloop, so I do not know which line to connect to. I've tried all my lines and they all do not work. Please help.

Thanks. I've tried to reply back but it says the topic is too old to post a reply.

It is too old to reply to, that's why I just linked it and left this open for you.

Hi gresuz -

Are you in a multi-tenant complex like and apartment or condo with a shared NID? If so Verizon should tag the line at the NID for you. If they did not properly tag the line we would need to open a ticket with them to have them come out and tag the line for you. Have you opened a ticket with our support team regarding the issue? If not please feel free to send me a PM with your account information and I would be happy to open a ticket on your behalf with our support team.

Thanks

Hi George,

I live in a single family home and only have one NID. I have opened a ticket with your support team.

Thanks,

Gregg
