Are you in a multi-tenant complex like and apartment or condo with a shared NID? If so Verizon should tag the line at the NID for you. If they did not properly tag the line we would need to open a ticket with them to have them come out and tag the line for you. Have you opened a ticket with our support team regarding the issue?
