DtechNet supplies the same services that MediaSentry did. It looks like the RIAA has just switched out for PR reasons & a lower profile and modified legal strategy.

Where would you draw the line on surveillance on Americans? What methods would the government or enterprise employ that would cause you to say "This is too much and needs to stop"?
