what worries me is the RIAA hired a company that is outside the US, from their angle its a good idea as they now have a hired spy that isnt bound by our laws.
Read this story »www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/p···9604.ece and you will see how in the UK & the rest of the EU that spying on computers have much more lax rules on gathering evidence - no warrants needed.
