Thank you TekSavvy...

I want to say thank you to TekSavvy.

I've been their customers for 3 months and finally decided to quit because Bell's internet in my area is absolutely disgusting. I am 6km away from the CO and get speeds no faster than 1.2Mbps.

However, Teksavvy has been very helpful with all the problems. They've tried many different ways of helping me - they even called me initiatively asking me about the slow speeds. Props to you guys.

Now I just have one last request - is it possible to let me know when support for my area will increase to a useable level? Once so, I will ditch Robbers and go back to Teksavvy :P I'm in the Markham area near 404 and 16th =)

Ask teksavvy to ask bell if theres a remote in your area before you cancel. If there is and they can get you on it you will have much better internet speeds.

Bell doesn't like to put wholesaler customers on remotes but they sometimes will.

Are you serious? Maybe that's why my line was never switched...

The guy from Teksavvy told me, after trying out lots of options for 3 weeks, that "I'm sorry, but I've tried all I can do for you..." He sounded quite dissapointed too... I'm assuming he already tried that.

Anyways, I'm hoping for better coverage in my area soon. I don't want to keep paying Robbers $2/GB bandwidth.
