Also, they don't ship within 30 days, they must inform you to tell you you can either wait for the product and get charged when it ships or you can get a refund.

  I have placed an order for some documentaries when i have checked my online statement there were a pending charge as it always is after 2 weeks my order was shipped so i have checked my online bank statement again to this if charge went through and to my surprise charge was drooped no pending charge or processed charged.Will the company charge me later again or what i am not clear on this?
