 Online Database Needed?

Hello All,

I need to publish an online database. Is there something like a CMS type that you can install? I was playing around with Zoho and still assessing it. I need a few permission levels (read, read/write, add only)

Hi,

Take a look at www.recs4free.com.
This will be going live next week and will do everything you require including setting user permissions even down to field level.
