Comme on ppl, just Jailbreak that iphone and run PDAnet. Why the hell would you pay 30$ more for data that you already PAID for ??!?!

I have tried Netshare but not PDAnet. I am in Cydia now looking for it.

Don't forget to read the fine print.

Sure - I've done it before, and I currently have a HTC Tilt (easier to hack), but I would monitor my usage.

Try PDAnet app for the phone, and iphone as a modem helper program for the xp/vista side, works great.
