The complete black one. I cant access it through the 198.161.2.1 ip. It stopped after I reset it to the factory default by pushing the button on the bottom.

As I said, there are various IPs it may be accessed, depending on the hardware and firmware...please refer to the FAQ link I posted, as it has all the info.

e.g. instead of 192.168.2.1 it may also be 10.0.0.1.

EDIT: also, did you notice you're typing in 198.161.2.1 in your post instead of 192.168.2.1? If you're trying that one, it won't work.
