not my cable modem or street level or i wouldnt have a solid connection with my modem that was working fine since ive gotten them as an isp.. and worked with 4 other isps that were cable from different companys |

Belfair, WA | Your signal levels are almost out of spec on the upstream side. A weak modem and your done. A little ingress on the system and your done.
Try this also.
