Why so strange? Fiber is reliable. Verizon's management is not.

In point (while I rant) explain why a communication company as big as Verizon, that has services that run 24/7 (phone, cell, internet, TV) can't support those services with 24/7 customer support (8-5pm? wtf!) Can't actually have billing that makes sense? Can't understand that the minus sign is not the plus sign (I suspect Verizon's programmer is a control freak. And one, greedy, snotty, overweight, programmer)
