Have you had many problems or outages with Fios for Business. I have about 10 clients on Fios for Business going back as fara s 3 years now and I can honestly say I don't think I have ever had any issues with connectivity at all. My few dealing with Fios support have generally been to setup PTR records which have gone smoothly, now that I have the correct procedures to do it. |

Seattle, WA | Initially they had their CPE setup to convert the fiber to coax, which then ran into their router. I called them and had them switch it to Ethernet, which we then ran directly to the customer's router. I haven't had to contact them since. |
