Re: Does ATT ever run promos for ISDN Well after starting this thread I have been reluctant to get the ISDN. Really what I need is promo on a T1. I found it for $350 a month but that is still a bit much for residentual use. It would be nice if ATT would have an afordable package available for those who can't get DSL and are willing to pay a bit more than DSL for a good broadband connection. But, instead they choose to push away those customers by offering Wildblue satellite. What a slap in the face that is. You would think they might offer a $200 T1 and keep a paying customer, rather than push them away. |

The LEC charges about $165-$265 just to rent the T1 circuit, then the ISP charges for Internet access over that. Think of it as having to buy a phone line and then buy DSL on it, but the phone line really is required to make it work. |
