Are you sure you have the Filters installed on all the connections to the land line phones and NO FILTER on the line to the modem/router?

Also, you might want to try connecting direct to one of the ethernet ports or the USB port to eliminate possible wireless connection problems.

If all the above checks out you can check your modem status by going to »192.168.1.1/
