Tough shit for cheapos trying to save a buck. I'm all for saving money but not when it's going to cost me more later. just common sense.

The date for dvd-vcr combos was March 1, 2007. The other catch was that if you didn't include an analog tuner you didn't have to include a digital tuner. (Which is what was done for quite a few dvd-vcr combos, even those being sold today.)
