Called them at 9am and they said the due date was the 7th, not the 6th as my packing slips states along with three emails from them. Whatever. She then states that the tech was working the ticket as of 8:08 am. Fine.
11:00 am, get email saying service is complete. Still no sync so I call again. Get escalated to manager. Test is ran and tech needs to be dispatched. BS.
I cancelled the order. I have cable and will stick with it if this is the kind of service I can expect with AT&T. -- GuruGuy |

| Sometimes a tech can get overwhelmed and not get to all the orders scheduled for the day. In cases like that, they'll roll the sync order over to the next day. That's probably what happened to you.
As to why it didn't work after, anyone's guess. |
