Basic is local channels ONLY, sound more like you have lucked out and they have the wrong filter trap on your incoming line
Update:
I checked out the channel lineup for limted basic for your zipcode, you do get CSPAN, some shopping channels, but not all the channels you listed

My very basic Comcast package for less than $10/mo. does in fact include those channels, and a few more. So whether or not they consider them local is actually irrelevant.

Comcast considers those local stations? The answer is no. They are in the main package where they belong. The locals are where they belong. |
