1998 Lincoln Continental...47,000 miles. New front plate on order as it came off my old now totaled Toyota. Thing drives as good as it looks...absolutely beautiful shape. The previous owner, a little old man, kept every single receipt and had everything serviced at the dealership.

This is my little precious! An Chevrolet Astra H from 2009. It has a 1.8 4 cylinder engine producing 103 kW. I travelled with this car till now 47243 miles with an average consumption of 33.6 miles per gallon and I hope I can drive this car on another 50000 miles.

This is my BMW 1 from 2006. It has the 1.8i engine which produces 143LE(105 kW) and 190 Nm (130 lb*ft). The engine has 4 cylinders with 16 valves.

F150 XLT
My 2012 F-150 XLT 4x2 that I purchased after using my rear-ended 2011 Fusion as a trade-in.

Engine: 3.7L TiVCT V6 @ 302 HP / 278 TQ
Transmission: 6 Speed Auto w/ Tow Haul Mode
Gears: 3.73 w/o LSD (Going to regret that)

Options: SYNC - The Province I live in has a no-tolerance policy on handheld electronics, so hands-free is a requirement.

The 3.7L is a good base engine and is highly superior to the old 4.6L/5.4L modular V8's. It doesn't make a V8 growl, but it moves when I want it to.

I traded my beloved Crown Vic today. Not a thing wrong with it, but we don't need three cars, and after 7+ years of faithful service, it's time for a new owner. I'm gonna miss it.

However, I DID replace it with this:

Not a fan of silver, but I d like a good deal.

Dual exhaust = twin turbo

A 2010 Ford Flex SEL EcoBoost. For an SEL, it's got the full load of options, leather interior, etc. I HATE the color, but I'll take care of that soon. (I'm thinking about dark gray wood-textured vinyl for the sides.)

The deal was way to good to pass up and I'll have a bumper to bumper warranty for 5 years or until the odo hits 80,000 miles. Since it's got 26,000 on it now and I might drive 500 miles a month, I'll be covered a good long while.

I can't wait to get it (it's getting detailed and checked out by the dealer -- they only had it two days) and stomp on the loud pedal, unleashing all 355 of those ponies.

ADDED:

Here is a rough Photoshop of what a dark gray woodgrain would look like:

It might not be everyone's cup of tea (nor is the Flex) but you have to admit it will be unique!

2010 Maxima SV with every option like heated steering wheel, chilled and heated seats and panoramic sunroof. 6 speed CVT with Automatic Normal, Auto Sport, Manumatic on the floor and Paddle Shifters.

Got rid of my Juke because of many problems with the AC after 18 months and moved into this until I figure out what I want to drive when I retire soon. Leaning toward the Infinity FX50. Think I'll wait 2 years and get one off-lease unless something better comes my way.
