I hope somebody from Velcom sees this post. I am having profile problems, bell has messed around with my profile over the last month. I opened a ticket the first time and after a couple of tries Velcom managed to get things sorted out. I switched phone companies about a week ago and bell did it again, note I am still on pots. I opened another ticket (YHR-832242) but the response has been disappointing. Customer support seem to think I should settle for a 3meg profile when I have enjoyed over 4meg for years. Could somebody please look at my stats and have bell address my profile.

Judging by your RCO you should be able to manage the 5056/800 profile quite easily. It also looks like you're on Interleave, you should request to be put on Fastpath
