This has nothing to do with teksavvy's maintenance.

The easyest way to try to resolve this is to post in direct.

However if you want to troubleshoot this you self assuming you have the modem supplied by teksavvy.

Download DSL MODEM TOOL

There is a configuration option that lets you monitor it over a period of time, however im not running windows right now so I can't tell you exactly where it is.

If you want to post the stats (just a screenshot) of what its at currently we might notice something wrong that stands out.

My net goes down, for a hour or so.

I understand last night there was maintenance, but every 2-3 days my internet just seems to die.

Reboot the new router, unplug the modem, doesn't do anything.

Then around a hour or so later, it's back up and running.

What is going on here? My line's great, I get 6mbit, am I the only one with this issue?

edit; also, MASSIVE WoW latency issues
