<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1510753"><b>grayfox</b></A> : This has nothing to do with teksavvy's maintenance.<br><br>The easyest way to try to resolve this is to post in direct.<br><br>However if you want to troubleshoot this you self assuming you have the modem supplied by teksavvy.<br><br>Download <A HREF="http://www.2cent.de/dmt/v7/dmt.zip">DSL MODEM TOOL</a><br><br>There is a configuration option that lets you monitor it over a period of time, however im not running windows right now so I can't tell you exactly where it is. <br><br>If you want to post the stats (just a screenshot) of what its at currently we might notice something wrong that stands out.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1556697"><b>astyanax</b></A> : My net goes down, for a hour or so.<br><br>I understand last night there was maintenance, but every 2-3 days my internet just seems to die.<br><br>Reboot the new router, unplug the modem, doesn't do anything.<br><br>Then around a hour or so later, it's back up and running.<br><br>What is going on here?  My line's great, I get 6mbit, am I the only one with this issue?<br><br>edit;  also, MASSIVE WoW latency issues]]></description>
