<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/594412"><b>TKJunkMail</b></A> : To me this looks like it is nothing more than payback and a legal maneuver to counter Verizon's patent lawsuit against Charter filed in 2007. Verizon started this war by trying to kill off Charter's VOIP service.<br><br>&raquo;<A HREF="http://www.star-telegram.com/100/story/1129882.html" >www.star-telegram.com/100/story/1129882.html</A><br><div class="bquote">Verizon sued Charter in February 2007 in federal court in Texarkana, Texas, claiming infringement on eight patents for providing telephone services on a data network.
