I would recommend upgrading to a paid version if they have one. Alternatively, you could try and find someone to do a screen scraping script for you. Or you could do all the manual labor of downloading each individual page, stripping out the advertising HTML/JS, and uploading the webpage to your server. If they find out they may block your hotlinking and potentially delete your vehicle listing. I'm very much against advertisements on sites, but you don't control this one and unless they offer an API to get raw data you can't easily remove the ads.

Do you have your own web site? Do a screen scrape using PHP and reformat the page would be fairly easy. Install an ad blocker on your own PC would be another method.

I'm sure cars.com displays the ads for a reason. Maybe they provide a free service for dealers that is ad-supported.
