 MxxCon join:1999-11-19 Brooklyn, NY | Dec30 marked 1 year that i'm w/ sprint. From my personal experience Sprint had/has one of the worst customer service. When i received my phone i had to call *5* times to activate it. they either couldn't find my account or couldn't port my number or claimed they haven't shipped my phone yet or said phone was activated and it would take 2-3days until it began working. and that was activating a phone - something they have to do for every single new customer, they should have this procedure nailed down to a perfection...
From what i can tell, cell service is on par with other carriers, however customer service...i dread ever calling them again.. |
