Despite the debacle that was the Sprint/Nextel merger...the only problem Sprint has ever really had was their customer service. That's it. The service they provide, and the price for those services is rock solid as far as I am concerned. Always has been...I can't really say their customer service has gotten better or worse, as I haven't had to call them, but I did go to their service center the other day as something happened to my Centro keypad and couldn't get into the phone at all. I don't have insurance on the phone...didn't even buy the phone directly from them. For $55 they replaced the phone for me (more than likely a refurb, but I bought it used, and really in general don't have a prob w/ refurb). They didn't have a black one in stock so ordered one for me...had it the next day.
