A lot of people in Chicago are having the same issues. I've had horrible packet losses since the Christmas week. At&T DSL was much better at responding to those issues rather than the "remove your cookies" suggestion by Comcast. How hard can it be to acknowledge there's a widespread issue in Chicago? |

| Well, it's been better this morning, but I don't trust it. To the above poster, I'm 14k feet from the CO, and AT&T can offer me 384/384. I'm about a mile from downtown Chicago, it's pretty sad that I have to choose between stable access or decent speeds in this day and age in one of the most advanced cities in America.
